Two new repos shipped, brain audited clean, and nearly a thousand outreach contacts sitting ready to fire.
Build day. Started with a two-gate brain repo drift remediation (Larry audited, Moe executed), then Larry built
skill-builder (public) and agent-vault (private) from scratch. Curly ran a 7-stage
lead enrichment pipeline on aws-mini producing 988 outreach-ready contacts. Shemp ran his first Sentry patrol.
Multiple active cash conversations in the pipeline, with a significant investor call lined up for Tuesday.
What Scott Worked On
Morning — System Cleanup
Orchestrated the two-gate drift remediation via voice. Rapid-fire direction to Moe and Larry: "Don't make the changes. Give a plan." Both gates passed. Memory Engine documented as live, "dispatch" killed in favor of "relay," Shemp placement corrected, AWS naming clarified.
Afternoon — Product Strategy
Deep product vision session. Dispatched GPT-5.4 Pro, Gemini 3.1 Pro, and Opus for independent analysis of the Go2 thesis. All three converged: Go2 is a labor-to-software conversion engine with two feedback loops (worker fast/narrow, manager slow/strategic). Product-thesis-synthesis.md written. ICP debate sharpened: in-house operators, not agency builders.
Afternoon — Relay + moran.bot
Directed Moe on Relay orchestration view improvements and moran.bot content buildout. Live Things feed, cleaned/published artifacts, DJ Peeper cleanup. Building out moran.bot as a presence/SEO play — not a personal brand per se, but ensuring there's a search result for Scott Moran that shows the work.
Evening — Build Sprint
Heads-down in Claude and Codex building skill-builder and agent-vault. Light voice, heavy typing (8,119 chars in Codex, 4,776 in Claude). Council reviewed skill-builder twice (5.4/10 → 7.5/10) and agent-vault once (8/10 security audit). Both repos pushed to GitHub. Submitted skill-builder to awesome lists.
Late Night — Product Call with ██████
~10pm, 70-minute call with ██████ (just the two of them). Demoed orchestration view, Access Vault, and Auto Skill Builder live. Revealed the ██████ OpenWork accident. Laid out product vision: platform as OS/shell for custom AI apps with local data. Decided to remove "Chat" feature to avoid commodity positioning. ██████ has 6 action items for launch (processed data, daemon security, connectors repo, KB hiding, tracker deploy, skill-builder QA). Both working extreme hours — ██████ reported sleeping only 2 hours. Transcript now archived in brain repo.
Wind-down
After midnight, still at keyboard but fading: "I'm kind of burned out but I'll give it my computer for a bit so you can keep coding." Moe continued working on moran.bot content. Larry built skill-suggester MVP and wired it into EOD.
Agent Output
LARRY
31 sessions (25 substantive, 6 relay auth tests). Built skill-builder from scratch (CLI + React UI + Node backend, 15 hardcoded skills + LLM generation, MCP builder). Built agent-vault (AES-256-GCM encrypted credential store, MCP server mode, 12 health checks, 17 tests). Built skill-suggester MVP. Ran drift audit (Gate B). Multi-model product thesis analysis. shipped
MOE
Brain repo edits (Gate A execution). Fixed Memory Engine MCP bug — memory_search and memory_context now work in Codex threads. Tracked daemons in git (infra/). Built ACCESS-CONTRACT.md + verify/sync scripts. Relay orchestration view. moran.bot: live Things feed, published artifacts, Resend contact path. shipped
CURLY
7-stage lead enrichment pipeline on aws-mini: deep mine (+103 accounts) → domain resolution (50/52) → LinkedIn scraping (613 decision-makers) → email search (216 direct) → pattern learning (570 generated) → rescore → export. 988 outreach-ready contacts in instantly_ready.csv. HubSpot test deals created (4 staged with pipeline stages). shipped
SHEMP
First real session. Skill format research (#46): cross-platform audit of Gemini/Claude/Codex skill environments. Universal Template v3.0 drafted. Sentry patrol: found 3+ stale larry-daemon.py backups. blocked: no gh token
Lead Pipeline Status
988 contacts ready on aws-mini. Apollo credits exhausted — getting Curly more credits. Meanwhile pivoting to warm strategy and direct outreach while pipeline builds.
Revenue & Cash Conversations
Multiple active threads:
- Tuesday investor call: Significant meeting in ~48h. Potential for a check. Preparing materials.
- ██████ client opportunity: Consulting engagement through a ██████ connection — substantial monthly engagement. Exploring logistics around Manila travel (██████ on 30th and 15th create scheduling constraints).
- ██████ (██████): Post-call deliverable pipeline built and tested. Gmail draft ready (██████). Needs full transcript re-run + video embed + hosting URL.
- ██████ (██████): Demo completed. Follow-up pending (#15).
- Cold pipeline: 988 contacts staged for Instantly. Warm outreach strategy being prioritized alongside cold sends.
- HubSpot deals staged: ██████ (██████), ██████ (██████), ██████ (██████), ██████ (██████) — test data for dashboard validation, but indicative of pipeline structure.
Costs & Credits Burned
$700 OpenWork accident. One question to OpenWork on high mode spawned a swarm of agents that compared outputs across models without asking. Scott walked away, came back to a $700 bill. One question. This is on top of the intentional multi-model dispatches for product vision (GPT-5.4 Pro at $2.79+ per run, multiple deep-think passes). Total OpenRouter burn for the day was significant. Scott refilled credits separately for Curly's pipeline. Lesson: never leave OpenWork on high mode unattended.
Product Call with ██████ (10pm March 23rd) — Now archived. Transcript and Gemini notes pulled into brain repo. Key substance:
- Demoed larry.moran.bot orchestration view — ██████ saw it live, tested a Codex session through it
- Showed Access Vault + Auto Skill Builder — ██████'s reaction: "I believe it's real, but I want to understand how it's done"
- ██████ OpenWork bill revealed — ██████: "What the f***? ██████ one question. That's the first time ever."
- Product vision: platform is an OS/shell for custom AI apps using local data. Remove "Chat" feature to avoid commodity positioning.
- ██████ raised reverse-engineering concern on Access Vault — Scott explained secrets are local (vault master key + bearer token), not in code
- ██████ working on data processing with Sonnet + Haiku models. Haiku insufficient for long agentic use cases.
- AI automation market: $5B → $40B in 3 years. Legitimate sales opportunity for SMBs.
██████'s action items for launch:
- Share processed database directly to Scott (for client report generation)
- Secure/wrap the telemetry daemon against reverse engineering
- Create GitHub repo documenting data connectors for co-work ingestion
- Hide Knowledge Base page (setting, don't remove functionality)
- Deploy tracker online
- QA the skills-builder repo
Decisions Made Today
Boot order: Shemp first (Sentry) → Larry + Moe (SOD audit) → Curly + others
Terminology: "██████" → "██████." "dispatch" → "relay." Permanent.
Curly compute: Max 1 local subagent, heavy compute to ssh aws-mini only
Product model: Two loops — Worker (fast, skill suggestions) + Manager (slow, strategic recommendations)
Go2 audience: In-house operators. Not "build an AI agency" crowd.
Thread naming: Scott gives H1 as first line. Operator habit, not tooling.
Transcripts: First-class artifacts. Full text in git + Memory Engine. Day boundary = sleep gap.
SKILL.md: 33 platforms confirmed. AAIF does NOT govern it — that's agentskills.io.
Access as product: ██████'s security concern validates productizing access.moran.bot. "It's just LastPass that uses local controls."
moran.bot: Not a personal brand. It's a search-result presence and content feed for credibility.

Work Pattern
Midnight – 8am: continuous deep build (carryover). 9am – 1pm: sleep/rest gap. 1pm – midnight: second burst. Total active: ~16 hours.
Universal Control at 43min / 4,003 sessions = heavy Pro↔Mini switching during drift remediation and Curly's pipeline work.
388 voice recordings. Energy peaked during drift remediation and product vision brainstorm. Faded after midnight.
Recovery
*Sleep score 73 reflects Sunday night into Monday (the day being closed out). Monday night's sleep was worse (57) due to the late build session — that hits Tuesday's readiness. Body temp deviation -0.5°C, resting HR excellent at 97/100.

Tuesday, March 24 — Investor Call Day
- Investor call prep. This is hours away. Make sure the product-thesis-synthesis doc and relay demo are tight. Product Call transcript archived — review ██████'s 6 action items and confirm he's tracking them.
- Product video for ██████. She no-showed the 1:1. Record via Loom and send. Also the landing page video.
- ██████ video. Overdue operator intro. Knock it out alongside ██████'s.
- Get ahold of ██████.
- Import 988 contacts to Instantly. Even if cold sends wait, get them staged. Get Curly more Apollo for continued scraping.
- Product vision doc — final pass. Stop iterating. Take the synthesis, edit it into 3-4 pages, done. Consider giving to Moe with strict instructions.
- Post Shemp's #46 findings to GitHub. Give him a token.
Investor call is the anchor. Shape everything around having that ready.
Let agents run parallel on pipeline + product polish while you handle videos and outreach.
The ██████ consulting opportunity needs a logistics answer soon given Manila dates (30th + 15th).
Sleep: Back-to-back late nights are compounding. Tonight's sleep (into Tuesday) needs to be better than the 57/100 you're about to log. The investor call is Tuesday — get to bed and be sharp for it.
What's been neglected: CUA issues (#1-3, #22, #29-33) untouched for a week. Council issues (#8, #9, #17-20) aging. Cowork.ai telemetry agent (#51) has 56K sessions with zero processing. None urgent, all accumulating.
